How long will it take to receive my order?

We SHIP within 3-5 business days unless it is a custom order or bulk order and you should receive your order approximately 2-3 days later in the continental US. We ship regular US Post Office shipping and will email you a tracking number to follow your order. Any items which are out of stock will be shipped within 2 weeks unless we notify you otherwise.

What methods of payment are accepted?

LEOTARD CITY accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Paypal through our secure Yahoo website. We also accept phone orders (480-993-6858) and E-mail orders.

How do I take care of my new Leotards?

We recommend the delicate cycle, cold water and line dry.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

$5.95 in the United States or order $50 or more and get free shipping. $10.95 for international (sorry, no free shipping for international). We use USPS - United States Post Office First Class. Physical addresses or PO Box addresses are fine.

Do you ship to international destinations?

Leotard City will ship to any destination provided all funds for the products and shipping are prepaid. The time for delivery will depend upon location and method of payment. For international orders, duty and VAT may be applicable. Please call if you have any questions regarding international shipments.

Returns and Exchange Policy

Leotard City/GOLD MEDAL LEOTARDS manufacture exceptionally high quality products and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you feel a need to return or exchange an item please follow our return policy:

Refunds and exchanges made easy ! Just return item(s) with the return ticket that was mailed with the original purchase! It's that easy !!! When we receive the item(s) we will credit your credit card and send you an email confirming the return!

Check or credit card refunds less postage will only be granted if the item is returned within 30 days of receipt. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be in the original unworn condition and all original tags still attached. Please adhere to our policy as we do not recycle used leotards. The purchaser will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges for any returned items. If error in shipment is made we will pay for the return shipping charges.

Bulk orders (20 or more leotards) if returned, will have to pay a 25% restocking fee.
